Breeding wheat for Organic Production?

There was a conference held in Manhattan KS the end of January 2019 focusing on if there is a need for wheat breeders to focus on breeding specifically for organic wheat and what the industry thought. The audience was comprised of everyone from the industry including farmers, breeders, and millers to name a few from around the country and region.
